Booking Center

Weddings (including receptions) or Religious Ceremonies are not allowed at any community center or event space.

Welcome to the Blackstone Management event booking center

From here you can book an event room, conference center or freight elevator. To start the process of booking please choose one of the communities listed below.

Bookings must be paid in full within 5 days of the approval being received by the requester. Payment plans are not available for booking an event at any Community Center.

Showings are not offered at any center, as they are NOT staffed, please review the photos and floor plans for space information. 

Booking Process: All requests take 2 to 3 Business days to process.

 

Helpful tips when booking your event:

    • Events must be booked 10 days before the requested date
    • If needing to cancel an event it needs to be in writing.
    • You must cancel 7 days prior to the event. After 7 days you will not get your security deposit back and if a security guard is needed the fee will also still be charged for them.
    • You are booking the whole day so we need the exact time of the actual event.

No Key Needed: All communities are fully equipped with digital access, you will receive a code 2 hours prior to your booking start time..

Before your event

  • Confirm booking information from the confirmation Email
  • You will receive an email with your entry code 2 hours prior to your event
  • HVAC Setting will be adjusted 3 hours before the event According to your community guidelines
  • Notify all guests of rules and community standards

During your event:

    • You should take before and after photos of the center.
    • There is no staff on-site at any center or event space.
    • Please follow key instructions carefully
    Current Security Billing Rate: Set per Community (4 Hour Minimum)

Security requirements at community centers and association venues is set by your board of directors. For more information on this specific to your community please select the neighborhood you would be renting from the drop-down menu.

 Physical Security Guards: This service is provided by off-duty county police officers local to the district of the Community Center.

Virtual Security Guards: When security services are required per the rental agreement Blackstone Management provides virtual security services. This includes monitoring security cameras and other items throughout the Community Center to ensure compliance with the rental agreement, any and all violations are notated and or reported to law enforcement for immediate action.

  • Please note there is no physical officer on site unless they are dispatched by law enforcement.
  • If an incident occurs during an event that needs to be reported please call our security Department at (240) 343-9481

 

After your event:

    • If there are photos of the damage prior please send via email with a timestamp
    • The security deposit can take up to 7-14 days to be returned, security deposit will be applied to any outstanding balance on the owner’s account prior to disbursement.

    The Bob Jones Administrative Building is part of the White Sands Community and is available to all members in good standing. No one under 21 years of age may make such reservations unless they are head of household. The following is an overview of the costs associated with the Community Center rental.

Deposit Return Policy

Security deposits are returned between five and seven business days after your event date, deposits are paid in the form of a check made payable to the individual that placed the booking request only.

NOTICE: Funds from any deposit return will be applied to any balance on the owner’s account prior to being disbursed.

Change Policy

Give a detailed description of what you need to change about your original request, the date of the event, the timeframe of the event, the number of people, etc. NOTE: if you are proposing a change of date to your original booking request please make sure the date you are requesting is available.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, the event must be cancelled five (5) business days prior to the scheduled event date. Any event cancelled within five days of the event date will not receive a refund of any kind.

Funds from any cancelled event will be applied to any balance on the owner’s account prior to being disbursed.

NOTICE: Credit card booking fees are nonrefundable
